To access the RingCentral Fax Tool Bar, double click on the icon
"RINGCENTRAL FAX" icon on the DeskTop.  A Tool bar will appear, with the
following buttons:

MENU
  Allows you to issue more commands.  The section titled "Exploring
  RingCentral Fax" below explains these options.

SEND FAX
  Opens the Send Fax dialog.

VIEW FAXES
  Opens the Messages screen.

ADDRESS BOOK
  Opens the Address Book.

CANCEL
  Cancels outgoing faxes.  This option is enabled only when sending
  messages.

HELP
  Opens the Help file.

Exploring RingCentral Fax
You can explore other features of RingCentral Fax through Menu button on
the Main screen.  An arrow at the right of a Menu item indicates access to
other menus or features.

The Menu contains the following items:

 -  RingCentral Fax - provides access to Registration Wizard, RingCentral
    Fax Help, and About Box.

 -  Commands - provides access to manual fax receive.

 -  Applications - provides access to applications that can be launched
    from RingCentral Fax, such as Fax Viewer.

 -  Configure - provides access to features and services of RingCentral Fax
    that you can customize or configure based on your preferences.

TITLE BAR
The title bar is located at the top of the RingCentral Fax interface.  When
sending faxes the title bar will indicate the recipients name and fax
number.  When receiving faxes, if caller ID information is available, it
will be displayed on the title bar.  Also, the number of new messages will
be displayed.

STATUS BAR
The status bar is located at the bottom of the RingCentral Fax interface.
The line status is displayed on the status bar.  When sending and receiving
faxes, the number of pages and the fax station ID (CSID) is also displayed.
