To send a Fax using MicroSoft Fax, you can either use the "Compose New Fax
Wizard" or send one through MicroSoft Messaging, as it if was E-MAIL.  You
can also simply select MicroSoft Fax as your default printer, and print to
it.

To send using the Compose New Fax Wizard

1.  Click the Start button, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point
    to Fax, and then click Compose New Fax.

2.  Proceed through the Compose New Fax Wizard, and then click Finish.

To send a fax from Microsoft Messaging, follow these steps:

1.  In Microsoft Exchange, click the Compose menu, and then click New Fax.

2.  Proceed through the Compose New Fax Wizard, and then click Finish.

To send a fax from a program whose File menu does not contain a Send
command, follow these steps:

1.  Create or open the document you want to send in the program that you
    want to use to send the fax.

2.  On the File menu, click Print.

3.  Choose Microsoft Fax from the list of printers, and then click OK.

To receive a fax, click the fax machine icon on the taskbar, and then click
Answer Now in the Microsoft Fax Status dialog box.
