CPU-related jumpers
Jumpers JP8, JP9, JP10, JP11, JP12, JP13, JP14, JP15, and JP17 are CPU
related. If you change the CPU of your Aptiva computer, make sure that you
set these jumpers to their appropriate settings based on the type of your
new CPU.
The CPU-related jumpers have the following functions.

JP13 and JP14 - CPU voltage
JP15 and JP17 - CPU bus frequency
