The Optimus-990 is a two-way bass reflex speaker system, with 15 inch
woofer, that achieves excellent low-end response.  Bass reflex designs
yield greater efficiency and lower harmonic distortion than acoustic
suspension systems.

The 3-Inch x 15-Inch wide-dispersion - provides higher sound-pressure
horn tweeter                           levels per watt.  This allows you
                                       to use low-powered receivers, or
                                       permits you to drive your existing
                                       high-powered amplifier more
                                       conservatively.  You are less
                                       likely to encounter clipping from
                                       your amplifier.  That means less
                                       distortion and cleaner sound.

               The speaker enclosure - is made of fine quality materials,
