Your Optimus CD-3760 10-Second Digital Anti-Shock Portable CD Player uses
the latest digital audio technology to give you the clean, crisp sound of
compact discs. You can connect the CD player to your home audio system or
connect a pair of stereo headphones for portable, private listening, or
connect it to your car stereo system.
The CD player's features include:
Car Kit - includes a CD-to-cassette adapter, and a DC
to DC adapter so you can use the CD-3760 to
play CDs in your car.
10-Second Digital Anti-Shock- rapidly scans 10 seconds of data from the
System (DAS^2) CD and stores it in memory for uninterrupted
play with no sound skip, even when the CD
player is exposed to shocks or vibration.
This makes this CD player excellent for use
in your vehicle.
24-Track Programmable Play - lets you program and play up to 24 tracks in
any sequence you choose.
Extended (E-) Bass System - creates a fuller bass sound.
Four-Times Oversampling with- improves the CD's sound by multiplying the
Digital Filtering standard 44.1 kHz sample rate by four and
using a digital filter to reduce or
eliminate distortion.
Line Out Jack and Supplied - makes it easy to connect the CD player to
Y-Cable your sound system's low-level inputs.
Three Power Sources - lets you power your CD player from two
standard or rechargeable nickel-cadmium AA
batteries, standard AC power (with an
optional AC adapter), or your vehicle's
battery (with the supplied DC adapter).
1-Bit DAC - uses the latest in digital-to-analog
conversion circuitry to accurately reproduce
all sound levels with virtually no
distortion.
Built-In Battery Charger - recharges special rechargeable batteries
inside the player when you use an AC or DC

4-Digit Display - lets you view the track number, the elapsed
time and track programming information.
Automatic Search Music - lets you quickly locate and play any track
System (ASMS) on a CD.
Audible Search - helps you locate a particular section of a
track by rapidly playing the CD in either
direction.
Intro Scan - helps you locate a desired track by
automatically playing the first 10 seconds
of each track on the CD.
Repeat Play - lets you automatically repeat a single
track, an entire CD, or a programmed
sequence.
Random Play - lets you play the tracks on a CD in random
order.
Pause and Cue - lets you temporarily stop play, or cue a
track for play at a later time.
Auto Shut Off - automatically turns off the CD player to
help preserve battery power.
Hold - prevents accidentally changing the CD
player's control settings and preserves
battery life by locking most controls when
you turn off the CD player.
5- or 3-Inch CD Compatible - you can play either size CDs on your CD
player.
IMPORTANT: You need a pair of stereo headphones or earphones, amplified
speakers, or a home audio or car stereo system to use your
CD-3760. Your local RadioShack store carries a complete line
of these items.
