The Optimus Unidirectional Dynamic Microphone is a high-quality, all
purpose microphone that performs well with most all PA and recording 
systems.  Its directional pick-up pattern allows a greater distance 
between the microphone and the sound source, while reducing background 
noise and feedback.

The wire-mesh windscreen effectively cuts down wind noise and voice "pops" 
so singers and speakers can perform close to the microphone.
 
The microphone's frequency response reproduces a wide range of sound (from 
low to high) to provide more natural sound output.

The microphone's swivel adapter fits standard 5/8 inch threads.
