INSTALLING THE BATTERY

Your headset microphone comes with a 357A silver-oxide button-cell battery
for power.  Follow these steps to install the battery.

1.  Press in the tab on the battery compartment cover and pull up on the
    cover to remove it.

2.  Place the battery in the compartment with the positive (+) side facing
    up.

3.  Replace the cover.

Note:  If you will not be using the microphone for several months, remove
       the battery.

When the microphone's sound weakens or if it stops working properly, 
replace the battery with RadioShack Cat. No. 23-105.

Warnings:

   Keep batteries out of reach of children.  Swallowing a button-cell
   battery can be fatal.

   Always dispose of an old battery promptly and properly.  Do not bury or
   burn it.

Caution:  Always use a fresh battery of the required size and recommended
          type.

MAKING THE CONNECTIONS

1.  Connect the headset's 1/8-inch (3.5 mm) plug to the jack on the control.

2.  Check the size of the audio source's microphone jack.  If it is not
    1/4-inch (6.35 mm), pull off the 1/4-inch adapter plug from the end of
    the control's cord.

3.  Connect the control's plug to the audio source's jack.
