Connecting the Speakers

Follow these steps to connect the speaker system to your portable audio
source.

NOTE:  Be sure the audio source is turned off and the volume control is at
       its minimum level.

1.  Plug the right speaker's SPEAKER CONNECTION cord into the left speaker's
    SPEAKER CONNECTION jack.

2.  Plug the speaker system's 1/8 inch SIGNAL INPUT cord into the audio
    source's headphone jack.

NOTES:  Some audio sources might have a line out, CD out, or similar jack.
        You can use this jack instead of the headphone jack.

        If the audio source has a 1/4 inch jack, you need an adapter plug,
        such as Cat.No. 274-367.
