Compaq Control Form
 Faxing has never been so easy. Just create your personal distribution
     list and check off the names as you need them. The Compaq Control
     Form will automatically read and send to your distribution list.
     Easy check-off and send. Send a single fax to multiple phone
     numbers simultaneously. Include an optional hand written message.
     Enables you to share your Compaq A900 with others, so they don't
