Re-inking Fabric (26-1424)

RIBBON CASSETTE INSTALLATION

1) Locate the ribbon cassettes which are packed in the carton separately
   from the Printer.

2) Place the ribbon cassettes so the protrusions are facing the front side
   of the Printer.

3) Remove the Printer cover.

4) Place the ribbon cassettes in the positions 1,2, and 3 as shown in
   Figure 9.

NOTES:

1) Confirm that the ribbon is not twisted.
2) You can not install the ribbon cassettes if the left and the right
   cassettes are reversed.
3) Do not try to move the print head manually. Forcing it to move may 
   damage the Printer.
4) Raise the inner side of the ribbon (the platen side) a little for easier
   removal and/or installation.

When replacing a worn-out ribbon, use only the specified replacement 
(26-1424). Remove the old ribbon following the above procedure in reverse
and replace it with the new ribbon.
