In addition to checking the Ink-Jet Mechanism, you may check general 
printer operation and printing quality with the CGP-220's built-in self-
test.

1. Turn the power OFF.
2. Turn the power ON while pressing the FEED Switch.
3. Release the FEED Switch.

The CGP-220 will begin the self-test, printing all the alphanumeric symbols
that it is capable of producing. Each line will be printed in a different
color.

To stop the self-test simply turn the power OFF.
