Reset printer driver settings to defaults

  1     Click the application's File menu.

  2     Choose the option that allows you to change printer settings (for
        example, Print, Print Setup, or Printer Setup).

  3     In the dialog box, click the Properties, Options, or Setup button
        (depending on the application).

  4     On the Document/Quality tab, click the Defaults button.
