Hold or release jobs in print queue:

1.  Open the Spool Manager.

2.  Click once on the print job you want to hold to highlight it.

3.  From the Document Menu, click Hold.

An icon appears next to your print job and a check mark appears next to the
Hold command in the Document Menu.

4.  To release the document, repeat steps 3 and 4.  The printing icon
    reappears, and the print job prints.
