If the printer power light is blinking and a service error message appears
on your computer screen:

1.  Turn off the printer.

2.  Unplug the printer power cord from the electrical outlet.

3.  Remove any paper fragments, objects, or paper jams in the printer.

4.  Plug the printer power cord into an electrical outlet.

5.  Turn the printer back on.

6.  If the light continues to blink, the printer needs service.

If your printer needs service, refer to your printer registration card or
warranty/service information for the appropriate telephone number for your
country.
