SETTING UP THE VM-4
The VM-4 is easy to set up. Just connect the monitor to a compatible CPU,
and you're ready to power up.
Before connecting the VM-4 to a computer, be sure that the power to all
equipment is OFF.
Connect the RCA pin cable connector to the RCA pin jack located on the rear
panel of the monitor. Connect the other end of the cable to the computer's
video output connector.
USING THE VM-4
Power up all equipment. Use your system owner's manual for instructions on
powering up your computer and other peripherals. After power-up, you may
need to adjust the VM-4 to compensate for your lighting environment.

H-HOLD--Adjust to eliminate horizontal "tear" on the display. Rotate the
knob fully counterclockwise and then slowly clockwise until the display
becomes stable.
BRIGHTNESS--This control sets the background brightness level of the
screen. Adjust until the darkest areas of the screen appear nearly black
while the CONTRAST control is set around mid position or for easy
visibility.
