Before using the DWP-520, perform the self-test to ensure that the Printer 
is operating properly. Before running the self-test, however, load wide 
paper (15") into the Printer. To run the self-test:

1. Be sure the Printer power ON/OFF switch is OFF.

2. Set DIP switch 3 to the ON position.

3. Close the front view cover securely.

4. Turn the power ON.

To end the self-test, turn the power OFF (and set DIP switch 3 to OFF).
