1. Pull the paper bail lever toward the front of the Printer. Check that 
   the paper release lever is set toward the rear side of the Printer.

2. Insert the paper along the paper insertion groove in the silencer. 
   Rotate the paper advance knob to feed the paper toward the front of the 
   platen.

3. When the leading edge of the paper is approximately 1/2" beyond the card
   holder, press the paper bail lever toward the rear side of the Printer 
   to secure the paper. Rotate the paper advance knob further.

4. Pull the paper bail lever and paper release lever toward you.

5. Align and position the paper at the left margin.

6. Hold the paper in the proper position and push the paper bail lever and
   paper release lever toward the rear side of the Printer. This will 
   secure the paper in its proper position.

7. Rotate the paper advance knob to adjust the paper to the required print
   position.
