FAULT CONDITIONS
There are two types of faults: Type 1, can be recovered from without loss
of data in the print buffer, and Type 2, for which you must turn power OFF
and back ON, thereby losing the data in the buffer. When the ALERT
indicator flashes, you can continue printing after removing the cause of
the fault. If the ALERT indicator stays on, you must turn the power OFF
and back ON again.

NOTE:
1) A ROM Error means one of following:
a) Main Control ROM Error.
b) Mechanical Control ROM Error.
c) Character Generator ROM Error.
2) When the Fault Condition RAM, ROM, or CTC is observed, please contact
your Radio Shack store or Computer Center for service.
3) When DIP SWITCH B-4 is turned ON the buzzer will not beep.
