You should clean the screen when it becomes dusty or marked.

NOTE:  Turn off the monitor and the computer and remove the monitor and
       computer power cords from the electrical outlet while cleaning.


The Screen

Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth.  Dampen the cloth
with a CRT screen cleaner or clean water.  Do not polish excessively
as this may damage the coating on the screen and cause glare.


The Covers

Clean the monitor covers using a damp cloth and mild detergent if
necessary.

Do not allow water to run through the ventilation holes.
