Your Multimedia monitor has built-in speakers that are designed to
complement the internal audio amplifier.

Buttons 3 and 4 may be used to increase or decrease the volume when the
OSD is not being used.

The OSD volume adjustment is located in the main control menu; see the
User controls section on page 6. The audio mute (button 1) allows the
user to instantly silence the audio output.

Press button 1 again to restore the sound.

The monitor also has a built-in microphone (7) for easy recording or
telephony and offers the possibility of voice control of applications.
An external microphone can be connected to a mini-stereo jack socket
located on the left hand side of the monitor (8). When this is done,
the internal microphone is automatically disabled.

Headphones can also be connected to a mini-stereo jack, on the left hand
side of the monitor (9). When this is done, the built-in speakers are
automatically disabled.

A line out socket located on the rear of the monitor (10) supports
optional attachment of a sub woofer unit (not supplied), to enhance the
audio capabilities of your system.
